How do I apply for the Global PASS verification?

To verify your Global PASS, follow these steps :

1. Log in, click on the email address at the top right side, and then [Global PASS] 2. Click [Upload information] 3. Upload the passport photos following the example and click [Confirm] * Global PASS verification is only possible with the "Passport", and those that are expired cannot be used because they can't be verified.

Can I verify my Global PASS with my local ID or driver's license?

The first condition for opening a Chinese platform channel is ID verification. Just as you carry your passport when you travel abroad, you can only verify your identity on an overseas platform with your passport. Therefore, Global PASS verification is not possible with a local ID or a driver's license. * Passport information is used only for platform-related operations.

Do I need to verify my phone number after applying for a channel?

In order to strengthen account security according to the platform policy, if you receive a mobile phone verification notification, you must proceed with the mobile phone verification process. When you receive the verification notification, a [Click to verify] button will appear at the bottom of the platform where the channel opening has been completed. Follow these steps for verification : 1. [Channel] > Click the button [Click to verify] at the bottom of the platform where you requested for a channel to be opened 2. Select the country code, enter your phone number and click [Send Code] 3. Enter the verification code you received by text message and click [Verify] * If there is a verification number error, a notification regarding the error will be sent. Please proceed with verification again by clicking [View details] > [Complete Verification] at the bottom of the platform where the opening has been completed. If you wish to change your linked phone number, please contact us by submitting your registered email address, your UID number and mobile phone number linked to adobaro via email (support@adoba.net).

I already verified my phone number, but I got a request to verify it again.

According to platform policies, in order to strengthen account security, mobile phone number may be required when uploading from another location/different device or after inactivity for a certain period of time. If a mobile phone verification request occurs, check the details in adobaro [Settings] > [Notification].

Follow these steps to verify your phone again : 1. After checking the mobile phone verification notification in adobaro, click the email 'Please Verify the Upload Verification Code' in your email inbox 2. Click [Enter verification code] in the email content 3.Click [Send Code] in the pop-up window 3. Enter the verification code you received on your phone and click [Verify] * If there is a verification number error, a notification regarding the error will be sent. Please proceed with verification again by clicking [View details] > [Complete Verification] at the bottom of the platform where verification was requested.
