Where can I check my revenue balance?
You can check your Revenue Balance, Requestable Settlement Amount and Total Settled Revenue by going into adobaro's [My wallet] > [Platform revenue].
How do I settle my revenue?
To settle your revenue, follow these steps : 1. Log in and click [My wallet] on the left 2. Click [Platform revenue] followed by [Request for Settlement] below the amount available for settlement * If you didn't set up the account information required for settlement, please set up your account first. Click [account info] > [Set Up] on the right side of the platform revenue page, enter your PayPal account and verify through email. * You can check more detailed information about the generated revenue available for settlement by clicking on [Revenue Details]. 3. Check the platform revenue, fees, etc. that appear in the pop-up window and click [Request for Settlement] 4. Check your inbox, enter the verification code you received and click [Verify] * After the application is completed, the application details will be displayed on the platform revenue details page. * When the deposit into your PayPal account is completed, the payment status will be displayed as [Settlement Successful]. * Settlement requests can be made between the 10th and 20th of every month. Once your request is approved, the amount will be deposited into your PayPal account on the last day of the following month. (Please note that, in certain cases, delays in the deposit process may occur due to unforeseen circumstances involving platforms or banks. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.) * You can request for revenue settlement when the revenue balance available for settlement exceeds [2,000] yuan. * The settlement service fee rate may vary depending on the membership grade. (The basic fee rate is 30%.) * Monetary income varies based on exchange rates during income settlement.
Can I settle my revenue by any method other than PayPal?
Revenue earned from Chinese platforms are accumulated within personal channels, and as they are deposited after the exchange rate is progressed at the time of settlement, it is currently only possible to settle with a PayPal account. * The settlement is deposited in US dollars ($).
I want to change my PayPal account.
To change your PayPal account, follow these steps : 1. Log in and click [My wallet] 2. Click [Platform revenue] > [account info] on the right 3. Click [Set Up] on the right to delete an existing Paypal account and enter the new account 4. Click [Send] 5. Check your inbox, enter the verification code you received and click [Save]
When applying for settlement, why is the paid amount different from the total revenue generated?
The amount that can be applied for settlement and the actual amount paid may differ due to Chinese taxes and settlement exchange rate system fees being paid before depositing the final amount.
I applied for settlement, but the deposit hasn't been made yet.
After the application is completed, the application details will be displayed on the platform revenue details page, and you can check the total amount/Chinese taxes/actual amount to be paid/payment status. When the deposit into your PayPal account is completed, the payment status will be displayed as [Settlement Successful].
The settlement details show [Settlement Successful], but the deposit hasn't been made yet.
