How do I upload a video?

To upload a video, follow these steps : 1. Log in and click [Upload] on the left side. 2. What is AI Smart Upload?

The AI Smart Upload is a function that analyzes the content and the time of the most activity in each platfrom and automatically distributes the content at the most optimal time. Whenever you upload a video, the AI service will automatically distribute it at the most optimal time depending on each platform.

The video upload failed. Why did it fail?

The upload may fail if the video does not fit the platform policies. If the upload fails, please check the reason for the failure by clicking [Content] > select the uploaded video > click the red button [View] in Upload Status.

Where can I check the uploaded video and its basic information?

The uploaded video can be found in the [Content] tab in adobaro. When you click on the video, you can see the Basic info and Upload Status (upload success or failure).

When uploading a video, can I distribute it to several platforms?

If you have multiple platform channels open, you can distribute a video into different platforms at the same time. Go to [Upload] > [Select Channels] and check the multiple platforms you want to distribute the video to.

Is it possible to distribute an already uploaded video to other platforms?

Currently, the function to distribute already uploaded videos to other platforms is not supported. You can distribute it by uploading the video again and choosing the different channel you want to upload it to from the channels that have already been opened.

I successfully uploaded a video not too long ago, but now it's marked as a failed upload.

Even if the upload was successful, a video may be deleted from the platform's own system if it doesn't follow the platform policies, resulting in an upload failure. If the upload fails, please check the reason for the failure by clicking [Content] > select the uploaded video > click the red button [View] in Upload Status.

Can I delete an uploaded video?

To delete an uploaded video, follow these steps : 1. Log in and go to [Content] on the left 2. Click on the video you want to delete 3. Click [Delete] in the Upload Status on the right * Only the successfully uploaded videos will show the Delete mark and can be deleted.

I want to change the thumbnail and title of an uploaded video.

If you would like to change the thumbnail and title of the uploaded video, please submit the new video thumbnail, title and your UID number by emailing us at support@adoba.net. * You can check your UID number in [Settings] > [User info]

Can I comment on the videos uploaded in the Chinese platforms? (I want to communicate with the viewers)

Through adobaro, you can check the channel that has been opened and the videos that have been uploaded, but it's not possible to write comments on the video. That is something that should be done by logging directly into the Chinese platform's own service, but when multiple countries' IP logins are detected in a single account, the account is sometimes suspended without a warning, unlike other platforms that require email or mobile phone confirmation. Also, the Chinese platforms don't support languages other than Chinese, and direct activity within the platform could affect the account settings.
