Can I manage an existing Rednote account?

How does account management work?

Can I log in to my account during the management period?

Yes, you can access your Rednote account. However, since Rednote restricts multiple simultaneous logins, frequent logins on your end may interrupt our management process. To ensure smooth operations, we recommend minimizing logins while we manage your account.

How can I access it?

To access, please follow these steps:

1. Go to http://rednote.adobaro.com → Click [Get Early Access]

   

1. Enter your registered email → Click [Let's Go] * Click [Continue with Google] to sign up and log in with your Google account.

   

1. Set your password → Click [Secure Continue]

   

I don't remember the registered email address.

To check your registered email address, please follow these steps:

1. Go to http://rednote.adobaro.com → Click [Get Early Access]

   
2. Click on [I Forgot My Email]

   
3. Enter your channel URL → Click [Find my Email] * If the channel URL is correct, you will be able to view your registered email information.

   

How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Go to http://rednote.adobaro.com → Enter your email address

   
2. When entering your password, click on [I Forgot My Password]

   
3. Enter your registered channel URL → Click [Continue]

   
4. Click [Send Reset Link] to receive a temporary password to your registered email address. * Please change your password after logging in.

   

I want to learn about the service plans for entering the China expansion service.

We offer Link & Grow and Start Fresh plans for expanding into China. The services provided for each plan are as follows:

Link & Grow Plan - Proxy Management

1. Automatically upload TikTok/Instagram & YouTube content to the Rednote account.

2. Provide smart AI subtitles for content.(Planned for a future update.)

3. Pre-screen content for compliance with Chinese regulations and Rednote policies.

Start Fresh Plan - Account Creation and Proxy Management

1. Create and localize a secure account.

2. Automatically upload TikTok/Instagram & YouTube content to the Rednote account.

3. Provide smart AI subtitles for content.(Planned for a future update.)

4. Pre-screen content for compliance with Chinese regulations and Rednote policies.

How can I pay for the Link & Grow Plan?

To make a payment for the Link & Grow plan, please follow these steps:

1. Log in → Go to [Explore Services]

2. Select the Link & Grow plan → Click [Get Started]

3. Review the selected product → Click [Next]

4. Select [PayPal] → Click [Complete Your Payment Now] * If payment continues to fail, contact customer support at [e-mail].
5. Pick your new main Platform → Click [Continue]

6. Please enter the full URL → Click [Submit]

7. Enter the phone number linked to Rednote → Click [Next]

8. Enter your Rednote ID → Click [Next] * If the phone number linked to Rednote is different from the one linked to the WhatsApp app, click [Enter a different phone number] to input a new number. * Once the verification process is completed through the WhatsApp app, you can start linking and proxy operation. * Once payment is completed, your Rednote account will be created within 24 hours, and the service access key (Rednote login details) will be sent to your email.

How can I pay for the Start Fresh Plan?

To make a payment for the Start Fresh plan, please follow these steps:

1. Log in → Go to [Explore Services]

2. Select the Start Fresh plan → Click [Get Started]

3. Review the selected product → Click [Next]

4. Select [PayPal] → Click [Complete Your Payment Now] * If payment fails, click [OK] and try again as directed. * If payment continues to fail, contact customer support at [e-mail].
5. Pick your new main Platform → Click [Continue]

6. Please enter the full URL → Click [Submit] * Once payment is completed, your Rednote account will be created within 24 hours, and the service access key (Rednote login details) will be sent to your email.

What is the service key provided after purchasing the Start Fresh plan?

The service key is your login information for Rednote. Once payment is completed, your Rednote account will be created, and the service key will be sent to your email.

How do I use the service key to log in to Rednote?

To log in to Rednote using your service key, follow these steps:

1. Add your Google account

• On your Google app: a. Open the installed Google app → Click the profile icon in the upper right corner. b. In the profile menu, Click[Add Another Account]. c. Enter the email address provided → Click [Next] d. Enter the password provided → Click [Next]

• On Chrome browser: a. Open Chrome → Click the profile icon in the upper right corner b. Click [Add Another Account] c. Enter the email address provided → Click [Next] d. Enter the password provided → Click [Next]

1. Download and install the Rednote app Download link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xingin.xhs
2. Set up the Rednote app Open the app → Check the agreement boxes → Enter your birth year → Click [NEXT]

   

   
3. Log in to Rednote with Google On the Rednote login page, click [Other Login Methods] → Google icon → Log in with your Google account * The service access key can only be used on Android devices.

   

Is there a risk of my account being suspended if I use Rednote with the service access key provided?

Please make sure to complete phone verification within 24 hours after receiving the service access key! Without phone verification, you may have difficulty using your account. Additionally, uploading content that violates the policies of Chinese authorities or the platform may result in account suspension. Please be cautious!
