What are the subscription plans?

The subscription plans are a feature provided by adobaro that offer benefits such as opening additional channels and increasing the number of uploads. After opening an account, your plan is FREE, and you can receive more benefits by subscribing to the BASIC/PRO plans. The benefits for each of the plans are as follows :

How can I change to a different plan?

To subscribe to a different plan, follow these steps : 1. Log in, click on the email address at the top right side, and then [My Plan] 2. Refer to the BASIC/PRO plan benefits and click [Buy now (1 month free trial)] on the plan you want 3. Check after going over the User Agreement and Privacy Policies 4. Pay by clicking [PayPal Subscribe] or [Debit or Credit Card] * If the plan subscription is terminated before the end of the paid period, the service will remain for the rest of the paid period. Regarding the plans, please refer to the 'Paid Plans' contents of the 'adobaro User Agreement'.

How can I cancel my paid plan subscription?

Currently, there isn't a function to cancel the plan subscription within adobaro. Therefore, please proceed with the automatic payment deactivation setting on your PayPal account to cancel the subscription. These are the steps to disable it : 1. Access paypal.com and log in 2. Go to [Settings] in the upper right corner and then click [Payments] 3. Go to [Automatic payments] > [Show active] and select the list '四川安哆巴信息科技有限公司' 4. Click [Cancel] on Status and then [Cancel Automatic Payments] on the pop-up window that appears * If the plan subscription is terminated before the end of the paid period, the service will remain for the rest of the paid period. * After the expiration of the paid plan, your account will automatically switch to the FREE plan. The use of other channels will be terminated after selecting only one channel that has already been opened. Regarding the plans, please refer to the 'Paid Plans' contents of the 'adobaro User Agreement'.

I want to change from the BASIC plan to the PRO plan. I want to change from the PRO plan to the BASIC plan.

Currently, we don't support a function to change between paid plans. If you want to change to a different plan, please cancel the current plan subscription and purchase another plan after the expiration of the plan usage period.

After the 1 month free trial, will the payment be made automatically?

Yes, after the one-month free trial, the payment will be made automatically. If you do not want to pay automatically, please proceed with the cancellation on your PayPal account 30 days before the scheduled payment. I recently cancelled my plan subscription. How can I subscribe to a different plan?

If you cancel the plan subscription before the end of the plan's already paid period, the service will remain for the rest of the paid period. Please note that you will be able to subscribe to another paid plan once the service period expires.
