What is the adobaro Enterprise?
adobaro Enterprise is an integrated solution for talent agencies that allows them to open and verify channels, distribute and monetize content, and monitor data of multiple creators all at once.
Is it possible to operate any platform I want?
You can let us know what platforms you want to operate and we will check according to the platform's policies of their operational availability.
When operating the account, why is passport verification needed?
The first condition for opening a Chinese platform channel is ID verification. Just as you carry your passport when you travel abroad, you can only verify the identity on an overseas platform with the passport. Therefore, please note that Global PASS verification is not possible with a local ID or a driver's license. * Passport information is used only for platform-related operations.
How can I use the adobaro Enterprise service?
'Sign up to adobaro Enterprise' Step 1. Visit the website https://enterprise.adobaro.com/signup Step 2. Enter your email address and click [Sign up] Step 3. Click [Confirm], check your inbox and click [Set up password] on the received email Step 4. Enter a new password following the password setting rules and click [Set up password] * After signing up, a business verification process must be completed by the adobaro team before you can log in normally. 'Inviting members' Step 1. Log in to adobaro Enterprise(https://enterprise.adobaro.com/signin) and click [Invite] on the right side of the dashboard or member management page Step 2. Enter your creator UID number and search for them * You must have the individual creator's UID number to invite them. * After logging to your creator's individual adobaro account, you can check the UID number at [Setting] > [User info]. Step 3. Click [Invite] next to the searched member Step 4. Log in to the creator's personal adobaro account(https://adobaro.com/signin) and go to [Setting] > [User info] > [Agency] to accept the invitation * Regarding how to create the creators' individual accounts, please visit https://adobaro.com/signup, create the account or refer to adobaro Customer Center for FAQs. 'Opening a member's channel' Step 1. Log in and click [Members] on the left > At the bottom of the desired creator, click [view more] Step 2. Click [More] on the right side > An the bottom of the desired platform [Open Channel] Step 3. After number registration and checking consent, click [Next] > [I Agree] regarding the use of the Global Pass Information * If you didn't proceed with channel analysis yet, a pop-up window will appear when you click [Open Channel]. Proceed with the analysis to be able to open the channel. * You can only apply for channel opening if the creator's Global PASS has been verified. 'Uploading a creator's video' Step 1. Log in and click [Members] on the left > At the bottom of the desired creator, click [view more] Step 2. Click [Upload] > Choose between [Upload with URL] or [Upload from PC] - Method to [Upload with URL] : ① Enter the YouTube/TikTok video link ② Select the platform channel you want to upload to (select a channel that has already been opened) * If you want to upload to a platform that has not been opened yet, please apply for channel opening first. ③ Enter video title ④ Click [AI Smart Upload] - Method to [Upload from PC] : ① Click on [Upload] ② Select the platform channel you want to upload to (select a channel that has already been opened) ③ Enter video title ④ Upload the thumbnail file ⑤ Enter description of the content ⑥ Click [AI Smart Upload] * The AI Smart Upload function analyzes the content and the time of the most activity in each platform and automatically distributes your content at the most optimal time.
'Check uploaded content' Step 1. Log in and click [Members] on the left > At the bottom of the desired creator, click [view more] Step 2. Check basic information and upload status *If upload was successful, the upload status will be marked as a blue [View] button, which will redirect you to the video on your channel once you click. *If upload was unsuccessful, the upload status will be marked as a red [View] button, which will tell you the reason for the failure. *Click successfully uploaded video > Under Upload Status, click [Delete]. 'How to settle revenue' Step 1. Log in and click [My wallet] on the left Step 2. Click [Apply for Withdrawal] on the right side of the account balance * If you didn't set up the account information required for settlement, please set up your account first. Click [account info] > [Set Up] on the right side of the platform revenue page, enter your PayPal account and verify through email. * You can check more detailed information about the generated revenue available for settlement by clicking on [Revenue Details]. Step 3. Check the platform revenue, fees, etc. that appear in the pop-up window and click [Request for Settlement] Step 4. Check your inbox, enter the verification code you received and click [Verify] * After the application is completed, the application details will be displayed on the platform revenue details page. * When the deposit into your PayPal account is completed, the payment status will be displayed as [Settlement Successful]. * Balance must exceed [10,000] CNY to withdraw. * When requesting a withdrawal, the withdrawal will be completed before the end of the following month. (Deposit time may change due to overseas remittance). * A basic commission rate of 25% is applied upon settlement. * Account balance is the sum of revenue data provided by each platform and may change depending on the settlement period. * Monetary income varies based on exchange rates during income settlement.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, follow these steps : 1. Log in and click [Settings] on the left side 2. On the User info page, click [Change] on the right of Password 3. Click on [Send] 4. Check your inbox and enter the verification code you received 5. Enter the new password following the password setting rules and click [Change password]
How do I change my email address?
To change your email address, follow these steps: 1. Log in and click [Settings] on the left side 2. On the User info page, click [Change] on the right of email address 3. Click on [Send] 4. Check your inbox and enter the verification code you received 5. Enter the new email address and click [Send] 6. Check the inbox from the new email address, enter the verification code received and click [Change e-mail]
Where can I check my company information?
Log in and click [Settings] on the left side to check the Company Outline.
How do I reset my password?
If you lose your password, follow these steps to reset it: 1. Enter your email address on the login page and click [Next] 2. Click [Forgot your password] 3. Click [Confirm] in the password search pop-up window 4. Check your inbox and click [Password Settings] in the email received 5. Enter the new password following the password setting rules and click [Password Settings]
I can't log in because I can't use my existing email.
In this case, please contact us through [Enterprise Inquiry] with your registered email address and your UID number.
How do I close my account?
Note that recovery is not possible after closing your adobaro account. For more information, refer to the 'Deregistration' section of the User Agreement and contact [Enterprise Inquiry] below with your registered email address and your UID number.
How can I link creators to be part of my Enterprise account?
In order for you to link your creators to your Enterprise account, you must have the creator's individual adobaro account UID number. Once you have the information needed, follow these steps to invite them to be part of your Enterprise account : 1. Log in to adobaro Enterprise(https://enterprise.adobaro.com/signin) and click [Invite] on the right side of the dashboard or member management page 2. Enter your creator UID number and search for them * You must have the individual creator's UID number to invite them. * After logging to your creator's individual adobaro account, you can check the UID number at [Setting] > [User info]. 3. Click [Invite] next to the searched member 4. How do I delete members from my account?
Currently, there is no function to delete current members from your account. If you wish to delete any member, please contact [Enterprise Inquiry] below with your UID number and the member's UID information. Member UIDs can be found in [Members].
What services are available in Members?
You can check members' information, manage their channels, upload videos and manage the accounts from the Members tab. Please refer to the details below.
1. If you click [view more] at the bottom of the members, you can check information such as their channels, followers, views, uploaded videos and revenue. 2. Click [view more] > On the right of [More] check the channel opening status and apply for other platform channels. * To apply for a channel, click [Open Channel] > click [Next] after number registration and consent > click [I Agree] regarding the use of the Global Pass. * You can only apply for channel opening if the creator's Global PASS has been verified. 3. Click [view more] > click the platform icon under the opened channel to view information about the channel. 4. After opening a channel, click [view more] > [Upload] > choose [Upload with URL] or [Upload from PC] to upload a video. - Method to [Upload with URL] : ① Enter the YouTube/TikTok video link ② Select the platform channel you want to upload to (select a channel that has already been opened) * If you want to upload to a platform that has not been opened yet, please apply for channel opening first. ③ Enter video title ④ Click [AI Smart Upload] - Method to [Upload from PC] : ① Click on [Upload] ② Select the platform channel you want to upload to (select a channel that has already been opened) ③ Enter video title ④ Upload the thumbnail file ⑤ Enter description of the content ⑥ Click [AI Smart Upload] * The AI Smart Upload function analyzes the content and the time of the most activity in each platform and automatically distributes your content at the most optimal time. 5. How can I check the revenue and settle the profits?
You can check the total revenue, platform-specific revenue and member-specific revenue in [My Wallet]. Follow these steps to settle the revenue : 1. Log in and click [My wallet] on the left 2. Click [Apply for Withdrawal] on the right side of the account balance * If you didn't set up the account information required for settlement, please set up your account first. Click [account info] > [Set Up] on the right side of the platform revenue page, enter your PayPal account and verify through email. * You can check more detailed information about the generated revenue available for settlement by clicking on [Revenue Details]. 3. I want to change my PayPal account.
To change your PayPal account, follow these steps: 1. Log in and click [My wallet] 2. Click [Platform revenue] > [account info] on the right 3. Click [Set Up] on the right to delete an existing Paypal account and enter the new account 4. Click [Send] 5. Check your inbox, enter the verification code you received and click [Save]
Can I know my account information to log in directly to the Chinese platforms and operate them?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide direct access to your Chinese channels because of two reasons: 1. Unlike other platforms that require email or mobile phone verification, Chinese platforms sometimes suspend accounts without warning when multiple IP logins are detected within a single account. 2. Chinese platforms don't support languages other than Chinese. Your direct activity on the platform could affect your account settings, so we need to prevent these situations for the smoothest operation.
