I don't remember the registered email address.

To check your registered email address, please follow these steps: 1. After accessing adobaro ON, click on [Login!] 2. When entering the email address, click on [I forgot my email] 3. Enter your registered channel URL in the pop-up window and click [Confirm] * If the channel URL entered is correct, you will be able to view your registered email address.

How do I reset my password?

To link your existing channel, please follow these steps: 1. Log in to adobaro ON and click [Start Channel Linking] at the bottom. 2. Click [Verify] after uploading your passport for ID verification * ID Verification is only possible with the "Passport", and those that are expired cannot be used because they can't be verified. 3. Start by uploading the platform 'Say Hi' video, or click [Skip] below * Upload the 'Say Hi' video or click [Skip] > check the agreement and click [Confirm].

Is my personal information safe when I submit my passport for verification?

Yes, your personal information is safe with us. We take data privacy and security seriously, and your documents are stored securely. Your passport information is only used for issues related to platform operation and it will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

How long does it take to review all the documents before starting automatic distribution?

It usually takes 1-2 business days, but depending on the local platform circumstances, it may take up to 3-4 days or more, so please be patient until the process is complete.

How do I set up content auto-distribution?

After completing the registration and linking your channel, the automatic distribution settings are automatically set. If you want to set the auto-distribution manually, log in to adobaro ON > click [Settings] in the top right > [Account Settings] > turn on the [Content auto-distribution] feature to automatically distribute your content. * If there is no linked channel, please connect the channel first and proceed with the auto-distribution feature. * If you turn OFF the content sharing feature, scheduled incentives and view revenue will no longer be accumulated, so please keep this in mind.

How is the revenue calculated or what is it based on?

The revenue/expected revenue is calculated according to overseas platform-specific policies.

How can I generate revenue?

After signing up to adobaro ON, our AI will select content from the channel you linked that is likely to get a good response on the overseas platforms and will start distributing it. All items such as thumbnails, titles, and descriptions are automatically optimized for overseas platforms by AI and after the upload, revenue from views starts generating and accumulating. Therefore, you can think of adobaro ON as a structure where the revenue keeps accumulating even if you don't do anything after signing up.

How much revenue can I make?

Just like YouTube, you can't estimate how much revenue you will generate from the beginning. However, you will be able to skip through platforms' monetization conditions and monetize your content from day 1 through us. Consistent activity and expansion to multiple platforms will provide a significant boost as well.

How can I withdraw my revenue?

To withdraw your revenue, please follow these steps: 1. After completing the registration and linking your channel, check the balance window once your review is complete. 2. Click [Withdraw] * You can apply for withdrawal after completing your ID Verification and PayPal account registration. * You can click [View Withdrawal History] at the bottom to see more details. * Withdrawal requests can be made for amounts exceeding the minimum withdrawal amount ($200). * You must register a PayPal account when requesting a withdrawal. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from incorrect registration, so please enter your account information accurately. * The exchange rate is based on PayPal's exchange rate. * After requesting a withdrawal, the actual deposit to your PayPal account will be processed at the end of the following month. Please note that this is operated according to the settlement policy of the overseas platform. * The settlement fee may change depending on the membership level, and the basic commission fee rate is 30%.

Can I settle my revenue by any method other than PayPal?

Revenue earned from Chinese platforms is deposited after currency exchange is progressed at the time of settlement and is currently only possible to settle it with a PayPal account. * The settlement is deposited in US dollars ($).
