🔗 Main Channel Linking
Channel linking is the process of connecting your YouTube channel to adobaRo so the platform can analyze your content and enable localization and automation features.
How to Link Your Main Channel
1. After logging in, click the profile icon at the top of the screen. 2. Click Connect your Channel, or type Link Channel in the chat and click the button that appears. 3. Select Connect your Channel, complete Google OAuth authentication, and finish linking your channel.
* Once linking is complete, please make sure your channel is displayed correctly.
📺 Create YouTube Localized Channels / China Channels
A YouTube Localized Channel is created by localizing your main YouTube content for specific regions and languages. A China Channel refers to channels operated on major platforms in China, including Bilibili, Kuaishou, and Rednote.
Once a YouTube Localized Channel or a China Channel is successfully created, content from your main channel can be automatically uploaded to your overseas channels.

How to Create a YouTube Localized Channel
1. After logging in, click the [☰] menu in the top-left corner → select [Channels / Platforms], or type Create Overseas Channel in the chat. 2. Select Create Overseas Channel, then choose a country and language (select a language other than Chinese). 3. Follow the instructions shown in the panel and complete the process in YouTube Studio: [Settings] → Account → Your YouTube Channel → Add or manage channels → Create a channel 4. Once the Brand Account is created, click I’ve completed creating the Brand Account. 5. In the next panel, click Start Channel Registration. 6. Follow the on-screen instructions to grant access to the newly created Brand Account. 7. Click Complete Registration at the bottom of the screen.
Set Up a Manager for the YouTube Localized Channel 1. Once your localized YouTube channel is created, click [Invite an admin to complete the setup] in the chat window. 2. Follow the instructions to set the Agent as a manager of the Brand (localized) channel: YouTube Studio: [Settings] → [Switch account] → [Set channel permissions] → Add manager →Enter the Agent email → Set the permission to Manager 3. Once completed, click [I’ve completed the Agent manager setup].
* After completing this step, the overseas channel setup is fully finished.
How to Create a China Channel
1. After logging in, click the [☰] menu in the top-left corner → select [Channels / Platforms], or type Create Overseas Channel in the chat. 2. Select [Create Overseas Channel], then choose the country or language region (select Chinese). 3. Select a platform and submit the required personal information for channel creation.
* The review and channel creation process may take some time to complete.
🔁 Channel Automation Settings
Channel automation allows newly uploaded videos from your main channel to be automatically localized and published across multiple local channels.
There are two types of automation: Automatic Localization – When a video is uploaded to your main channel, it is automatically localized and uploaded to your overseas channels. Existing Video Localization – For videos uploaded before channel linking, AI automatically selects suitable content and uploads it to your overseas channels on a scheduled basis.
* After subscribing to an Agent Plan and completing overseas channel creation, Automatic Localization is enabled by default and uploads begin automatically. * If there is insufficient Ro-Power (RP) available for automatic uploads, the video will not be uploaded.
How to Set Up Automatic Localization
1. After logging in, click the [☰] menu in the top-left corner → select [Automatic Localization] in the toolbar, or type Channel Automation Settings in the chat and click the button that appears. 2. On the settings screen, check the status under [Automatic Localization]. (ON: automation enabled / OFF: automation disabled). * Once you subscribe to an Agent Plan and complete overseas channel creation, Automatic Localization is enabled by default and uploads begin automatically.
How to Set Up Existing Video Localization
1. After logging in, click the [☰] menu in the top-left corner → select [Automatic Localization], or type Channel Automation Settings in the chat and click the button that appears. 2. On the settings screen, check the status under [Existing Video Localization]. 3. Select the upload frequency and review the Ro-Power (RP) consumption. 4. If the status is OFF, switch it to ON to activate automation. * If there is insufficient Ro-Power available, automatic uploads will not be processed.
🧩 Channel Information & Settings
You can view channel details such as the banner, profile image, channel name, and data, and manage basic channel settings.
How to View and Edit Basic Channel Information
How to Change the Channel Banner 1. After logging in, click the [☰] menu in the top-left corner → select [Automatic Localization] or type Channel Automation Settings in the chat and click the button that appears. 2. Click the Settings icon next to the channel you want to edit. 3. Under Banner Settings, click the File icon to upload an image, then click [Complete] at the bottom.
How to Change the Channel Profile 1. After logging in, click the [☰] menu in the top-left corner → select [Automatic Localization] or type Channel Automation Settings in the chat and click the button that appears. 2. Click the Settings icon next to the channel you want to edit. 3. Under Profile Settings, click the File icon to upload an image, then click [Complete] at the bottom.
How to Change the Channel Name 1. After logging in, click the [☰] menu in the top-left corner → select [Automatic Localization] or type Channel Automation Settings in the chat and click the button that appears. 2. Click the Settings icon next to the channel you want to edit. 3. Enter a new name in the Channel Name field, then click [Complete] at the bottom.
How to Edit the Channel Description or Information 1. After logging in, click the [☰] menu in the top-left corner → select [Automatic Localization] or type Channel Automation Settings in the chat and click the button that appears. 2. Click the Settings icon next to the channel you want to edit. 3. Enter your content in the Channel Description / Information field, then click [Complete] at the bottom.
How to Edit Channel Keywords 1. After logging in, click the [☰] menu in the top-left corner → select [Automatic Localization] or type Channel Automation Settings in the chat and click the button that appears. 2. Click the Settings icon next to the channel you want to edit. 3. Enter your desired keywords in the Keywords section, then click [Complete] at the bottom.
How to Check Your Overseas Channels
1. After logging in, click the [☰] menu in the top-left corner → select [Automatic Localization] or type Channel Automation Settings in the chat and click the button that appears. 2. Click [Go to Channel] next to the channel you want to view.
How to Check Channel Data (Views, Subscribers, etc.)
1. After logging in, click the [☰] menu in the top-left corner → select [Data Analysis] or type Data Analytics in the chat. 2. Select the channel you want to analyze, or click [Period / Channel Data Analysis]. * In the Data Analytics panel, you can view performance data by time period (7 days, 28 days, 90 days, and more) and by channel (select All Channels to focus on a specific channel). You can also review view counts and subscriber data.
🤖 Agent Plan & Cancellation
The Agent Plan is a customized AI partner solution provided by adobaRo.An agent is more than a standard AI tool. It supports a wide range of tasks required for operating overseas channels, including channel analysis, localization support, automated uploads, and portfolio creation.
Depending on your selected Agent Plan, you can use the included features each month using the allocated Ro-Power (RP).
* When you subscribe to an Agent Plan for the first time, you receive one free overseas channel setup and one free China channel setup as a subscription benefit.
How to Hire an Agent
1. After logging in, click the profile icon → select [Explore Agents], or type Hire Agent in the chat and click Explore Agent & RP Packages. 2. Select the plan you want, then click the button at the bottom showing the plan name. 3. Review the payment terms and agreements, then click [Proceed to Payment]. 4. Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
* Once payment is complete, you can name and configure your Agent character. * When you subscribe to an Agent Plan, Ro-Power (RP) is issued monthly. * Monthly RP resets on each billing date and does not roll over. * If you use all of your monthly RP and need more, you can purchase additional Ro-Power separately.
How to Cancel an Agent Plan
1. After logging in, click the profile icon → select Agent, or type Hire Agent in the chat and click Explore Agent & RP Packages. 2. In the Agent Hiring (Monthly Subscription) – General Information section, click Unsubscribe. 3. Review the cancellation notices, check the agreement box, and click [Cancel Agent Subscription] to confirm.
* After canceling your Agent, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period. * Once cancellation is completed, all features except professional subtitles and dubbing will be locked. * After cancellation, all data—including channel information and revenue data—will be permanently reset. * If you subscribe to an Agent Plan again, previously deleted data cannot be restored.

Ro-Power (RP) is the internal point system used within adobaRo.Basic chat features are available for free. However, RP is required to access key features such as channel creation, automated localization, portfolio creation, and professional subtitle or dubbing services.

How to Purchase Ro-Power
1. In the chat window, type Explore Agent & RP Packages and click the button that appears. 2. Under Ro-Power (RP) Packages (One-Time Purchase), select the RP package you want and click Purchase at the bottom. 3. Review the selected RP package, check the payment agreement items, and click Proceed to Payment. 4. Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
* Ro-Power purchased through one-time RP packages does not expire. Any unused RP will remain available indefinitely.
